**Studied Judo for over 25 years
**Studied Muay Thai in Thailand.
**Fought on some of the first MMA shows in UK.
**Competed internationally in MMA and Submission Wrestling including the
European ADCC submission wrestling qualifiers in Finland and the European
BJJ championships in Portugal
